The University of Cincinnati has issued a cease and desist order to Cheatham Middle School, a small school in Tennessee who have adopted the Bearcats mascot. Citing trademark infringement, UC has told Cheatham they need to change their mascot and logo. And in a stroke of full petty, a CEO from Xavier is offering if services free of charge to get the school to adopt the Musketeers name.
